Abstract

Purpose : This study examined the relationships among Knowledge, Attitude, Empathy, and Quality of service in Care givers for elderly.
Methods : Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire form Care Givers using convenient sampling methods form April 2 to June 30, 2018.
Results : Stepwise regression showed that experience of turnover(0) had the greatest effect on Quality of service(¥â£½0.29, p£¼.005), followed by Total career length(More than 5 years). These variables together explained 22.6% of the Quality of service in Care givers (F£½4.17, p£¼.001).
Conclusion : Therefore, a strategy for reducing turnover and improving Working environment will be needed for increasing Quality of service in Care givers.
